Is there a time limit on returning products?

Yes!

If the product is damaged due to shipping reasons, the manufacturer’s fault, or we delivered the wrong products, we offer 30 days of flexible return/exchange from the date you purchased the product.

Please ensure your return meets the following standards:

  • Exchange for a new product if the product is damaged by water or due to manufacturer’s fault.
  • The return/exchange product is unused, unworn, unwashed.
  • In the case of exchanges, your new order will be dispatched to you within up to 7 days

Return are not available in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged not due to manufacturer’s fault
  • Products is used
